Future World : Where Art meets Science

One of the most iconic landmarks in Singapore is a white Lotus-inspired infrastructure,
ArtScience Museum“. This famous landmark is at the heart of Marina Bay Sands.

ArtScience Museum has been a home to major international exhibitions in the country promoting the vision of combining art and modern technology.

Future World Exhibition

There are a lot of interesting exhibitions to choose from and we were curious to try an immersive art since the theme is something new for us.

We chose FUTURE WORLD: WHERE ART MEETS SCIENCE exhibition which is mainly collaborated with team Lab, an art collective that is based in Japan.

For tickets, we were lucky enough to get a discount at that time. We only paid S$ 19 / US$ 14 for 2 people where the standard ticket is S$ 19 per Adult.

NATURE

Flowers, butterflies, and an interactive waterfall can be experienced in this part of the exhibition and we love how we can hear the sound of nature calling.

TOWN & PARK

This is an ideal place especially for children to get engaged with the help of digital art where they can interact, sketch and play.

SANCTUARY

This theme radiates tranquility and the digital art of existence, human and nature evolution.

My boyfriend noticed a blue butterfly, which he knows I like, from where I’m standing and so he took a shot and I was ready for it. I didn’t even know that there was this butterfly but I love it.

SPACE

Cosmos and Galaxy.
With team Lab’s Interactive 4D Vision technology and 170,000 LED lights, this theme called SPACE will give you an illusion of being at the center of the universe.

This theme is usually the last part of the journey in the FUTURE WORLD and probably our favorite.
