If you’re planning to visit this amazing country soon , here are some things that you need to pack for your Singapore Trip .

Passport

There will be some transactions and purchases in the country where they will require you to show your passport for a certain validation process so bringing it with you will be very helpful just in case.

Money

They say money is not an issue but when you get Singapore you will need to spend wisely because everything is expensive even a bottle of water .

ATMs or Money Changer stores are not a problem because they are everywhere. You can find them in Train Stations, Shopping Malls and convenient stores.

Their currency is Singaporean Dollars or SGD / S$.

Camera

Whether you are a Vlogger, Soul searcher or a Nomad , a good camera will always be a must to capture great moments and places especially in a green and smart city of Singapore.

Power bank

Don’t forget to bring your Power bank with you especially when you are planning for a whole-day trip around the city. You might not want to get lost ( GPS ) or miss capturing beautiful scapes of Singapore.

Carry-on Umbrella

The weather in Singapore is somehow unpredictable, where it’s usually sunny in the morning and rainy in the afternoon. Airports are now allowing small umbrellas for your hand-luggage so bringing one will be worth it.

Good Sunscreen

Expect a hot weather ( like really hot ) when traveling to Singapore . I suggest buying a Dry Sunscreen to prevent having an oily face since humidity is also quite high in the country . A good sunscreen is like a good friend so don’t forget to have one.

Tumbler

Having a tumbler with you is better than buying around 2-4 SGD dollar water bottle every time you are thirsty. Refilling a potable water is an option and tap water in Singapore is safe to drink. You can find these drinking fountain in certain places like parks & sightseeing places around the city.

Sling Bag

I would recommend bringing a sling bag for people who wants feel at ease while sight seeing under the sun. It’s light and convenient. Less stress !

Long wallet

When I travel ( Domestic or International ) , a long wallet will save me from rushing when I need cash and cards . This is where I place my IDs, ATM & Credit cards, Transit Pass, Bills and coins.

Nice Clothes

You can actually wear anything in Singapore and be comfortable with it. There are no dress codes unless if you are visiting a Temple or a worship place.

Sneakers

Wearing sneakers for a long day trip around the city is pretty worth it. It will take you to far places without feeling exhausted. The great thing about sneakers is that you can always look good whatever clothes you pair with it. So bring one !
