A marriage of the old and the new, Hukad Kafe features dishes that are both traditional, as seen in our Grilled Tasik, Baked Scallops and Tinunuang Monggos and trendy as seen in our Lechon Carbonara– a Cebuano take on the carbonara by using Lechon bits instead of the usual bacon.

In addition to the list is the Spicy Chorizo Aglio Olio, which has the addition of the Cebuano chorizo to the usual garlicky pasta, the Carmelized Sinigang Fried Chicken, Scallop Sisig and Ube Halaya Milk Tea– which uses only our homemade ube halaya, to name a few.

In our refreshing cafe setting, we also took time to create for you a delectable merienda line with Lechon Salted Egg Muffin– made with Cebu Lechon bits and salted egg in moist muffin batter baked in banana leaves, topped off with a slice of cheese, baked and then torched for that almost bibingka feel, Champion-radong Sago, Masi Ala Mode, and the Tsokolate Biko.
