Lent is a season of reflection and preparation before the celebrations of Easter. As we celebrate the season of Lent (a Christian practice of 40-day fasting both from food and festivities), the Creative Cuisine Group launched their 7 new specials perfect for Lenten Season. Some of these dishes are available only from Feb. 26 to April 12, 2020.
Etta’s Eclectic Food + Drinks’ “Kinilaw de Cebu“
Their Un-sinful Treat “Kinilaw de Cebu” (315 pesos per platter) has 3 kinds of dishes; Tanguige Tofu (145 pesos), Tuna Pomelo (125 pesos) and Nangka Dilis (75) pesos. These kinilaw dishes are paired with “Gata” or coconut broth and vinegar.
Big Daddy’s “Fishtacular Burger“
Fishtacular Burger (125 pesos) surely is meant for Lent. This burger is made with fish patty, sliced onions, and coleslaw salad.
Big Mao’s “Century Egg Camaron“
